1. Who operates this site
This site and the Mesa Lista service are operated by Nicolas Garcia, an individual residing in Bogotá, Colombia, contact mesa-lista@tankmail.lat. "Mesa Lista" is the trade name under which that person presents the project; as of today there is no incorporated company and no associated tax registration. By using this site you accept these terms.
2. What this site is
This is an informational site. Its only function is to explain what Mesa Lista will consist of and to let you leave your email on a waiting list. Nothing is sold here, no orders are taken, and no payments of any kind are received.
3. Status of the service described
The weekly subscription of frozen home-cooked meals described on this site — picking 5 dishes from a menu of 12, paying in advance, and delivery on Sundays in Bogotá — is in preparation and is not available yet.
- The price, quantities, portions, menu and delivery coverage are not defined yet and may change before launch.
- Signing up for the waiting list does not reserve a spot, is not a sales contract, and does not oblige you to buy.
- It does not oblige us to launch either: the project may change, be postponed, or never start operating.
4. Proper use of the form
By signing up you undertake to use your own email address and truthful details, and not to send illegal, offensive, promotional or automated content. We may delete, without notice, any record that breaks this or that is clearly false.
5. Communications
By leaving your email you authorise Nicolas Garcia to write to you about the launch of Mesa Lista and matters related to the service. You can ask to be removed at any time by writing to mesa-lista@tankmail.lat, free of charge.
6. Personal data
The handling of the data you provide here is governed by the Privacy Policy, drawn up in accordance with Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1074 of 2015. We recommend reading it before submitting the form.
7. Site content
The texts, illustrations, name and graphic identity of Mesa Lista belong to Nicolas Garcia. You may share the link to the site freely, but you may not reproduce its content for commercial purposes without written permission.
8. Availability and liability
The site is provided as is and may have interruptions, changes or errors while the project is in preparation. We do not guarantee continuous availability. Nothing published here constitutes individual nutritional or medical advice.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the version in force is always the one published on this page, with its update date. If you keep using the site after a change, you are understood to accept it.
10. Governing law and contact
